1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyWeb PH ("the Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyWeb PH, governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Description of Service

EasyWeb PH is a software-as-a-tool platform that enables Filipino web developers, designers, and digital agencies to generate professionally structured contract templates in Microsoft Word (.DOCX) format. The Service provides legal document templates only and does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Philippine law to use this Service. By using EasyWeb PH, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Access & Email Policy

Access to EasyWeb PH is granted via the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and for all activity associated with it. EasyWeb PH is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your access credentials. We reserve the right to terminate access if fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable fees. Payments are processed by PayMongo, a licensed payment processor operating in the Philippines. We accept GCash, Maya, QR Ph (InstaPay/PESONet), and major credit/debit cards.

• Basic Plan (₱50) — grants 3 contract generation credits with lifetime validity.
• Lifetime Plan (₱299) — grants unlimited contract generations with permanent access.

All prices are subject to change with 15 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery of the Service, all sales are final once a contract has been successfully generated and delivered. If a technical failure prevents document generation after payment, you are entitled to a full refund or credit, at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to our support email within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of EasyWeb PH, protected under Republic Act 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and applicable international treaties. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated contract documents for your own professional purposes.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use EasyWeb PH templates to build competing products or services without prior written consent.

EasyWeb PH is a software tool, not a law firm, and its output does not constitute legal advice. The templates are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. EasyWeb PH makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or enforceability of any generated document for your specific circumstances. You are strongly encouraged to seek qualified legal counsel before executing any contract generated by this Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyWeb PH, its founders, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or legal disputes arising from contracts generated using the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or underlying systems.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Engage in automated or bulk generation of contracts for resale purposes without written authorization.

11. Modifications to Terms

EasyWeb PH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users via email of material changes at least 15 days in advance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

EasyWeb PH ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information you provide when using our Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service:

• Email Address — Required for access authentication and purchase confirmation.
• Payment Information — Processed and stored exclusively by PayMongo. EasyWeb PH does not store credit card numbers, GCash account details, or Maya credentials.
• Contract Form Data — Information you input into contract templates (client names, project descriptions, amounts). This data is processed server-side to generate your document and is not retained beyond what is necessary for that generation.
• Usage Data — Non-identifiable technical data such as IP address (for rate limiting and fraud prevention), browser type, and timestamps of access.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your access to the platform using your email as a unique key.
• Process your payment through our third-party payment provider (PayMongo).
• Generate and deliver your requested contract documents.
• Send transactional emails (payment confirmation, access details) — no marketing unless you opt in.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Comply with legal obligations under Philippine law.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we process your personal information on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of a contract — to provide the Service you purchased; (b) legitimate interests — for fraud prevention and platform security; and (c) legal obligation — to comply with Philippine laws including anti-money laundering regulations as applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and transaction records for as long as your access to the Service is active, or as required by Philippine tax and financial regulations (typically 5 years). Contract form data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete document generation and is not stored permanently. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@easywebph.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only with:

• PayMongo — Our payment processor, for the sole purpose of processing your transaction. Subject to PayMongo's own privacy policy.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — Server hosting services operating under data processing agreements consistent with the DPA.
• Legal Authorities — When required by a valid court order or lawful government request under Philippine law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, access controls restricting data access to authorized personnel, secure server environments, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in accordance with the DPA's breach notification requirements.

As a data subject under Republic Act 10173, you have the following rights:

• Right to be Informed — Know what data we collect and how it is used.

EasyWeb PH is intended for use by professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our platform, please contact us immediately for prompt removal.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
